Seeking Licensed Architect

Looking for semi-retired or licensed individual architect that would be interested in working with or teaming up with an out of state architectural firm for local, single family and small commercial projects. Knowledge of state codes is required. Knowledge of concrete construction is helpful. We are architects specializing in high end luxury homes, pre-fab concrete modular homes and small commercial projects. We are meeting with interested candidates, either in person or through Zoom meetings, from Feb 18 through Feb 21 in the Southern California area. All work is done on a contractual, project by project basis. No drafting is required, knowledge of current codes and standards and working with our team to expedite architectural and engineering plans.
