About the Role:

This is a flexible, part time role that can be done from home. You’ll be our first line of communication with clients—answering calls, booking appointments, and providing excellent service from start to finish. You’ll also coordinate daily jobs with our field crew, assist with scheduling, and help manage the overall flow of operations.

What You'll Do:

Answer phone calls, texts, and emails from potential and current clients

Book appointments and coordinate daily job schedules

Communicate with the field crew to ensure everything runs smoothly

Keep detailed and accurate records using our systems (CRM, calendar, etc.)

Provide exceptional, kind, and knowledgeable customer service

Contribute to a positive company culture and help improve systems as we grow

Availability & Flexibility:

We’re ideally looking for someone available Monday–Sunday between 8am–8pm

BUT! Evenings and weekends are VERY low volume—often just a quick call or text

This role allows flexibility and self-management, especially as you learn the ropes

IMPORTANT: This is a super low workload position BUT it requires all day availability. In other words you have the ability to go about your life but when the phone rings or an email or a text comes in you drop what you're doing and handle it promptly. Perfect for someone who is at home with or without children, or already has a work from home job but is looking to supplement with an additional job that won't add a ton of stress.

You should expect to work approximately 2 hours per day on average scattered throughout the day as calls, texts and emails come in. Pay is determined based on how many hours you work each day. Average pay is about $1,000 per month. Based on your experience and skills we will set an hourly rate and you will keep track of your hours each day.
