Company Hours of Operation:
Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Saturdays: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
Sundays: 9:00am to 3:00 pm
Responsibilities:
1. Receiving and Shipping: Manage incoming and outgoing packages, ensuring accurate documentation and timely deliveries.
2. Assisting Walk-Ins and Customers: Provide exceptional customer service by assisting walk-in customers with inquiries, pick-ups, and general support.
3. Working with Executives: Collaborate with executives on various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations within the company.
4. Daily Filing: Maintain organized filing systems to manage important documents efficiently.
Requirements:
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
Proficient computer skills and familiarity with office software (e.g., MS Word, Excel).
Previous administrative or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
Location: Our Warehouse is conveniently located in Santa Ana, California.
