Responsibilities and Duties:
Communicate and coordinate with overseas shipping teams, U.S. offices, carriers, vendors, warehouses, customer service teams, and clients to ensure timely delivery and service.
Receive pre-alerts and promptly send arrival notices and freight invoices to consignees.
Arrange customs clearance and issue invoices to customers and overseas agents.
Track, trace, and expedite shipments; manage data entry for arrival notices, rate verification, customs documentation, and related logistics processes.
Prepare shipment documentation, maintain accurate records, and coordinate end-to-end delivery.
Collaborate with customs brokers to ensure prompt clearance of goods.
Review and verify ocean freight, air cargo, and related invoices to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Minimum 1 year of experience in freight forwarding operations or 3PL preferred.
Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
A proactive team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Must have valid work authorization in the United States.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin prefeed.
