The Job
On the sales team at SunTrust Remodeling you will be responsible for nurturing and closing warm leads brought in by our canvassers and inside sales team. We average 2-3 leads per representative, per day, HOT LEADS!
You will be a core member of the sales team and play a major role in the development of both our external business and our internal culture. You will report directly to the General Manager.
Responsibilities:
Manage, grow and develop relationships with homeowners
Coordinate and qualify incoming sales requests
Act as direct point of contact for customer needs
Appropriately communicate brand identity and corporate position
Communicate remodeling services and drive new business product lines
Create new ideas to increase lead retention and partner performance
Provide in-person and virtual training and product updates
