Looking to make extra cash for the holiday season? Houdini Inc. is hiring Call Center Customer Service Representatives!

Hourly Pay: $19.00/hour

Please note: these are seasonal positions for 1st shift.

Job Overview:

The Corporate Sales Consultant will be responsible for being the point of contact with corporate customers utilizing both in-bound & outbound calls in a call center environment. The consultant will provide quotes and answer various questions regarding best method for submitting orders. Corporate Sales consultant will follow up with the customer once order processing is complete & ready for shipping.

The position will also handle & resolve any corporate customer service issues. The position requires basic computer literacy with extended knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook. The consultant will utilize all customer support systems such as the Internet and proprietary software etc. Corporate sales reps must sincerely care about the business and possess a positive attitude & a can-do spirit to assist our customers. Call Center experience a plus!

Duties and Expectations:

-Be a sales closer

-Proficient with Microsoft Excel & Outlook

-Adhere to work schedules

-Available on the phone for inbound calls approximately 80% of assigned schedule.

-Document every call with actions taken to resolve issue or inquiry.

-Quickly, accurately and professionally answer inbound calls regarding inquires on placing new orders; include explanation of gifts and services available features and benefits and costs.

-Take personal ownership and accountability for customer accounts and service delivery.

-Effectively communicate customer concerns or areas that may negatively impact our business to Supervisor or Manager with regard to customer orders.

-Be able to successfully manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload while paying attention to detail.

-Be able to work with others to provide a team player work environment.

-Be able to work efficiently in a fast paced environment

-Be able to work flexible hours of 5am – 5pm & some weekends
