Orange County based Heating, Plumbing Air Company is seeking to fill position.
We are a small, family-owned business specializing in heating, plumbing, and air conditioning services. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced outbound caller to join our team!
Position Overview:
You will be responsible for reaching out to our existing customers to schedule appointments for maintenance of their heating and air equipment. Additionally, you will be comfortable making cold calls to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact existing customers to set up maintenance appointments
Be comfortable and successful with making cold calls to generate new business
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while engaging with clients
Qualifications:
Proven experience in outbound calling or similar roles
Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor
Strong attitude and resilience in handling various client interactions
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
