Field Interviewer/Surveyor (OCTA)
We are a transit research data collection firm seeking for Bilingual Field Interviewers (English/Vietnamese) for a 1 month project starting April 22nd-May 12th, 2024 for Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA). This is an entry level customer service position. You will be hired to hand out paper and pencil customer satisfaction surveys to passengers for market research to improve transit in the Orange County region.
Schedule is Monday-Thursday, AM Shift, 9:00am-5:00pm, 10:00AM-6:00PM, PM Shift 2:00pm-10:00pm approx.
Report Locations: Various OCTA Locations (Anaheim, Garden Grove, Irvine, Santa Ana)

Hours: 32-40 hours per week
Pay rate: $20.00 per hour paid weekly
Requirements:
· Must be prompt as timeliness is important
· Must be able to communicate with strangers (Bus Passengers)
· Must possess knowledge of smartphones and/or tablet programs
· Must possess knowledge of Google maps
· Must be able to stand on your feet on board a moving bus for up to 7 - 8 hours
