Packaging company in Santa Ana is in need of a customer service specialist.
Job duties include:
Answer all incoming calls to schedule orders
Must offer order support to all customers this includes order processing and or exchanges
Must work closely with invoicing team to ensure accurate orders and pricing
Must have effective email and phone communication to provide order confirmation and updates
Must have 2-3 years of customer service experience
Must have knowledge in MS office and SageX3 ERP
Must be highly motivated and be able to work in a fast paced environment
