We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for a two month, hybrid opportunity supporting the maintenance services department of a large, national Property Management organization.
The Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
Assist resident with scheduling maintenance
Communicate with 3rd party vendors to perform maintenance services
Review maintenance bids and evaluations
Daily communication with the internal team
The Customer Service Representative Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Prior customer service experience
Excellent attention to detail, proven ability to multitask
Knowledge of MS Office Suites
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, strong problem solving skills
Strong typing skills
Must be able to work Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm- (Hybrid Mondays & Fridays)
