Responsibilities

Order Processing & Support
- Assist customers via phone and email with placing and tracking orders.
- Process sales orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Ensure order fulfillment aligns with stock availability and delivery timelines.
- Customer Assistance & Problem Resolution
Answer inquiries about product specifications, availability, and pricing.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing.
Maintain customer records and update order statuses in the system.
- Assist the sales team with quotes, inventory checks, and customer follow-ups.
Communicate with freight carriers and couriers to arrange deliveries.
- Ensure customers receive tracking details and shipping confirmations.
- Handle special order requests and coordinate with suppliers when needed.
Must be able to perform other duties as required by business needs.
