Are you an organized and proactive individual who enjoys office tasks and assisting others? We’re looking for a motivated Part-Time Office Assistant to join our team, with the potential for a full-time opportunity!
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle general office tasks, including answering phones, processing applications, and managing administrative duties.
- Respond to emails promptly and professionally.
- Keep filing systems organized and utilize label makers efficiently.
- Have reliable transportation for occasional errands.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Work independently with strong self-discipline and minimal supervision.
- Assist clients in gathering required documents for file completion.
- Coordinate document signing through digital platforms like DocuSign.
Qualifications:
Prior office experience preferred but not required; we're willing to train motivated individuals.
Bilingual proficiency is advantageous but not essential.
Ability to multitask effectively, especially when handling phone calls and other duties simultaneously.
