10am -7pm weekends
Customer Service
Processes customer orders according to established department policies and procedures.
Verifies credit status of customers placing new orders; monitors customers on credit hold.
Checks customer orders for accuracy prior to sending orders out.
Processes credit card payments, cash in person payments
Answer phone calls and redirect if needed.
Requirements:
Organization and time management skills; attention to detail and sense of urgency to respond to customer requests in a timely manner are essential.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Word software.
Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
