A local Home Services Firm with a 5 Star Google / Yelp rating is seeking fill the position of Call Center Lead with the following qualifications:
Experienced in extensive outbound calling minimum 3 years
Must be capable of writing inviting scripts for the team to outbound
All calls will be handled with white glove world class customer service
Able to use your scripts to book with your team
Should have experience with an online predictive dialer and knowledge of how to load databases
Must drive team in success and meet hourly and daily goals
You and your team must be setting up 4 calls per person per shift (4 hour shifts in the evening)
