We’re a fast-growing supplement company in Huntington Beach looking for a motivated, reliable, and tech-savvy Personal Assistant to support the company owner. This is a part-time position with real potential to become full-time for the right person.
Job Details:
Part-time to start (approx. 20 hrs/week)
Must have reliable transportation, job is primarily in person
Offices on Main street, DT Huntington Beach (on-site)
Competitive pay (based on experience)
What You’ll Do:
Help manage the owner’s schedule, tasks, and to-do lists
Assist with admin work, organizing files, and basic tech tasks
Run occasional errands (must have reliable transportation)
Help with simple social media posts and computer-based work
Be the go-to support for day-to-day needs — both business and personal
Who You Are:
Super organized, efficient, and able to multitask
Comfortable with computers, Excel, Google Docs, and social media
Great attitude, fast learner, and works well under pressure
Reliable, detail-oriented, and trustworthy
Previous assistant or admin experience is a big plus!
