We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team and assist with the daily operations of our store in Downtown Fullerton. Your role will be crucial to our success.
Job Schedule:
- Monday: 10 AM - 6 PM
- Tuesday: 10 AM - 6 PM
- Wednesday: 10 AM - 6 PM
- Thursday: 11 AM - 7 PM
- Friday: 11 AM - 7 PM
Preferred Profile:
We seek someone who is active, comfortable standing for long hours, and performs well under pressure. You should be quick, sharp, and able to learn and memorize various product categories. Excellent customer service skills, both online and in person, are essential. The ideal candidate will be organized, focused, and responsible, capable of working well with or without supervision.
Job Description:
This full-time position is in a fast-paced environment and includes, but is not limited to, the following daily duties:
- Online Customer Service
- In-Person Customer Service
- Organizing Product Restocks in the appropriate product spaces
- Adding restocks to an online database
- Disposing of recyclable boxes after restocks arrive
- Fulfilling orders: Packing and shipping daily shipments
- Processing returns
- Keeping the store organized
- Creating new purchase orders
- Database Entries
- Other duties, depending on the daily workload.
This job is perfect for someone eager to learn and attentive to detail. We are looking for someone interested in a long-term position and ready to commit to at least 3 to 6 months of training. This role offers opportunities for growth and advancement within our company.
Compensation:
The hourly rate starts at $18.00.
