We are currently seeking for someone to work one on one with the resident manager for 56 units building. The job requires security experience, it requires you to watch the building cameras, write incident reports occurring with the tenants, assist the resident manager with her duties, posting notices for inspections, pest control services, notice to enter. Attend meetings with the owner to discuss any incident. Compensation hourly rate is between $15 to $20, with a studio unit as part of the compensation. Spanish and English is a plus for this position.
