Responsibilities:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients in the multi-family industry.
Generate and submit compelling proposals that showcase our services and value.
Drive business development efforts to expand our client base and market presence.
Proactively build and manage a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our brand and services.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven track record of success in account management, sales, or business development, preferably in the construction or real estate industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering results.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
