As a Payroll Customer Service Representative, you'll be the “Go to” for processing payroll efficiently and accurately.
Responsibilities
Processing payroll requests accurately and on time
Collaborating and cross-training with other departments
Communicating effectively in-person, by phone, and e-mail
Delivering exceptional customer care
Functioning as a reliable and efficient team member
Qualifications
Previous payroll experience required
Two-year or four-year college degree a plus
A track record of reliability, confidentiality, and conscientious work habits
Demonstrated experience in dealing with customers
Proven experience in successfully managing a high volume of data, while meeting multiple deadlines
Skills
Knowledge of payroll fundamentals
Computer savvy, proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
Attention to detail with an exceptional level of accuracy
Ability to organize, prioritize and work independently with little supervision
Ability to adapt and work efficiently in a dynamic environment
Compensation
$23-24 Depending on Experience per hour
