We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper. We are a full-service CPA firm located in Aliso Viejo, California.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping, including general ledger entries, bank reconciliations, and month-end close processes.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Manage payroll processing and related reporting requirements.
Qualifications:
-2-10 years of hands-on bookkeeping/accounting experience.
-Mastery in accounting software (QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop etc.) and Microsoft Excel.
-Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
-Experience in payroll processing and general HR-related accounting is a plus.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
