Business owner looking for TWO accountants to do several tasks for various companies. Bilingual in Chinese Mandarin huge plus because a lot of financial documents are in Chinese Mandarin and because the business owner is most comfortable with Chinese Mandarin since he is a native speaker.
You must be able to do the following competently, detail oriented is a must:
Accounts Payable
Accounts Receivables
Payroll
Manage monthly billing
Prepare bank reconciliations
Prepare credit card reconciliations
Contract billing
Prepare expense accruals
Prepare P&Ls
Prepare aging reports
Maintain accounting records
Bank deposits
Assist with preparation of financial statements and/or other management reports, including special requests for financial statement information
Produce monthly financial statements and internal/external reports as needed/requested
Review general ledger account activity to ensure financial statement accuracy
Quickbooks proficient
Excel proficient
