We have an immediate opening for a Client Relationship Manager (CRM) in our Newport Beach office. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial services, including operational business processing and client service; marketing experience a plus, but not required. This role supports the firm’s president and senior advisor, focusing on delivering a superior client experience.
Summary of Essential Duties
The Client Relationship Manager (CRM) supports firm operations, including client service, operations, and marketing. This position requires strong communication skills, a can-do attitude, enthusiasm, and a strong aptitude for learning. The ability to effectively prioritize workloads, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail is critical.
General Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for client service inquiries, issues, and resolutions.
Address client questions and manage account needs.
Participate in client meetings as needed.
Plan and execute multi-faceted marketing campaigns using automated tools.
Maintain and update the firm’s website.
Provide general administrative support as needed.
Expected Outcomes
A successful CRM will:
Ensure smooth daily operations and increase the firm’s operational efficiency.
Maintain high client satisfaction through exceptional service, prompt follow-ups, and proactive problem-solving.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of paperwork.
Create capacity for the firm’s president by efficiently managing tasks and responsibilities.
Knowledge, Skills & Attributes
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in the financial services industry.
At least 2 years in a client service/operations role.
MUST hold an active Series 66 or 65 license.
Series 7 license is strongly preferred.
Strong problem resolution and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Mac operating system.
Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity.
Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and eagerness to learn.
Ability to manage a heavy workload with energy and enthusiasm.
