We are a reputable Tire Retailer and a Wholesaler located in Southern California. We are currently seeking an AR/Accounting Clerk to join our team!
Duties/Responsibilities:
Create new customer accounts (process applications, trade references)
Manage existing customer accounts (handle customer phone calls and emails)
Post customer payments and reconcile customer accounts
Process credit memos and research discrepancies
Prepare and mail monthly statements
Review A/R aging and follow-up with past due customers
Reconcile bank accounts and assist with month-end closing
Perform various other accounting functions as needed
Qualifications:
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (v-lookup, etc)
Experience with NetSuite preferred
Understanding of Accounting Principles
Good organizational skills
Attention to detail
Strong oral and written communication skills
Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) required
Compensation: $24 to $27 per hour based on experience
