Non-Profit Foundation is seeking a sharp accountant to manage day to day operations and work closely with CFO and EVP to improve infrastructure processes, automation, financial reporting, and develop dashboard. non-profit organization experience a must. Experience with non-profit ERP systems required and BlackBaud (Raisers Edge NXT and Financial Edge NXT) a plus. Bachelors in Accounting, strong GAAP skills, strong communicator, proactive, detail oriented, analytical, and possesses a strategic approach to finance.
