High End Luxury Real Estate Office looking for a Part Time Bookeeper / Assistant in a fast paced daily operations.
Must be able to prioritize, multitask and work independently.
Must be dependable, and consistent, and punctuality is required.
QB, Excel and work knowledge.
Data entry skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
Prepare bank reconciliations and credit card reconciliations.
Maintain monthly financial statements, profit, and loss statements and balance sheets.
Process Payroll
Commissions tracking
Data Entry
General Filing
Other duties may be added to this position over time
Misc reports and analyses as required.
The right candidate must have knowledge of the following Excel, word, Quickbooks, Broker Lone Wolf Back office, App Folio and iSolved
Salary depending on experience.
