Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to assist an entrepreneur/lawyer in managing multiple startup companies involved in various projects. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and Word, with strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent time management, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting:
Manage financial records using QuickBooks, including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and payments
Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements
Assist in preparing financial reports and tracking company expenses
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax requirements
Process payroll and assist with tax filing as needed
Administrative Support:
Organize and maintain office files, both physical and digital
Handle incoming and outgoing communications (emails, phone calls, mail)
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events
Manage calendars and assist with travel arrangements for the entrepreneur/lawyer
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required
Executive Assistance:
Provide high-level administrative support to the entrepreneur/lawyer
Manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Support project management and coordination of various initiatives
Act as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders
Team Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth project execution
Help prioritize and manage multiple tasks across different projects
Provide support in handling daily operations and administrative needs
