DescriptionAccountemps is always looking for Senior Accountants to showcase to our top-notch clients.Ideal candidates will have the following experience:Ensures all expenses, receipts, owner's distributions, funding requests and other transactions for the accounting period are accurately posted.Generates accurate financial packages ensuring timely delivery to the client, lender and other management teams.Analyzes and reconciles all balance sheet accounts monthly.Prepares quarterly reporting for debt covenants if necessary.Responds to requests from management teams and clients regarding various accounting issues and reports.Ensures timely payments of property taxes, debt obligations, etc.Assists property managers with the preparation of annual operating budgets and reconciliations.Assists with annual audits and tax return preparation.Prepare/review bank reconciliations.Assists with special projects and other related duties as may be assigned.To be considered for long or short-term project Senior Accountant opportunities, please send your resume to [email protected] and give us a call at 714.450.9837RequirementsSelected individuals must work well with others and be dependable, organized, and detail-oriented.College graduateMinimum 2-3 years? experience as a senior accountant in real estateHighly proficient with ExcelAccounting software experience ?
