Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Financial Analyst in Orange, California. This role involves a deep understanding of financial data, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, to support strategic decision-making. This position is particularly suited to professionals with a strong background in finance and proficiency in accounting software systems.Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic business decisions Use accounting software systems to accurately track and manage financial data Execute forecasting and budgeting processes to plan for future financial scenarios Conduct variance analysis to identify financial performance gaps and propose corrective actions Utilize ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions to streamline financial processes Leverage Great Plains (GPAC) and About Time software for financial management tasks Oversee accounting functions to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards Manage budget processes to ensure efficient allocation of resources Handle expense reporting tasks to maintain transparency in financial operations Provide finance-related insights and recommendations to the management team. Requirements Minimum of three years of experience in a Financial Analyst role or similar. Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required. Experience with CapEx is necessary. Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is essential. Knowledge of ERP Solutions is mandatory. Experience with Great Plains (GPAC) is expected. Proficiency in About Time software is a plus. Demonstrated abilities in Accounting Functions. Familiarity with Budget Processes is essential. Experience with Expense Reporting is required. Must possess strong finance skills. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is necessary. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
