Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to be based in Orange, California. The role will entail managing customer orders and inquiries, coordinating with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction, and maintaining accurate customer records. The position provides a contract to hire employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Ensure accuracy of information on customer purchase orders Understand the content and terminology of orders submitted by customers Enter customer purchase orders in the accounting system in a timely and accurate manner Verify data and accuracy of entered orders and make changes to existing orders as required Create new customer accounts and process credit verifications Respond to customer service calls and emails promptly and professionally Collaborate with sales and warehouse departments to verify product availability and shipping needs Communicate with distributors, customers, and sales representatives through email and phone Coordinate with third-party logistics provider on order fulfillment Process credit card payments and ensure all information is precise and accurate Bill out-of-warranty RMA paid online by end users Process credits for returned products and work closely with the Quality Control department to resolve issues Track and update shipment accuracy Create and issue invoices for processed shipments Provide input on current processes and contribute to the implementation of new processes for the department. Requirements Proficiency in Customer Service, demonstrating the ability to handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively and efficiently. Experience with Customer Service Software, showcasing the ability to navigate and utilize software tools to enhance the customer experience. Proficient in Order Entry, showing the ability to accurately input customer orders into the system in a timely manner. Proficiency in Email Correspondence, showing the ability to communicate professionally and clearly with customers via email. Experience with Computer Data Entry, demonstrating the ability to input data accurately and efficiently.
