Job Title: Wire Harness TechnicianJob DescriptionJoin our team as a Wire Harness Technician, where you will be responsible for reading and following assembly instructions to create wire harnesses. Your duties will include gathering materials, routing, wiring, and assembling electronic components using large scale wire layout boards. You will operate semi-automatic equipment such as crimp presses, wire twisters, and wire strippers. Additionally, you will conduct functional and continuity tests of wire harnesses and cable assemblies, use a soldering iron, and perform visual and dimensional inspections of in-process assemblies and finished products.Hard Skills

Operation of semi-automatic equipment (crimp presses, wire twisters, wire strippers)

Large scale wiring

Functional and continuity testing

Visual and dimensional inspections

Proficiency in basic math skills

Ability to distinguish colored wires

Soft Skills

Mechanical aptitude

Attention to detail

Excellent hand dexterity

Good communication skills
