Clearly and proactively communicate in a professional manner with internal and external stakeholders. Maintain composure, tact, and diplomacy through conflict. Achieve results when confronted with challenges.

Lead production and maintenance departments' accountability around manufacturing systems and quality corrective actions. Actively participate in departmental corrective actions and audits. Accurately document findings and corrections.

Assess and provide feedback on the quality of corrective action plans to ensure the effective completion and mitigation of all risks.

Work closely with the management team to drive efficient production of quality-controlled products in a fast-paced environment while maintaining rigorous safety standards.

Report and correct any observed safety issues; maintain proper safety conditions of manufacturing equipment and surroundings at all times. Comply with all safety practices, safety rules and regulations, GMPs and CCNA rules and policies.

Assist with training/qualifying associates.

Technical writing of Standard Operating Procedures for production and maintenance departments.

Integrate with the maintenance team during rebuilds and repairs to ensure the completion of PMs. Initiate maintenance work orders as required.

Perform all other job duties as assigned.

Accurately Capture and enter relative information in the company's reporting tools.

Exercise database and system knowledge. Ability to access and collect data via Company-approved databases or the Internet. Produce accurate reports, complete electronic forms, conduct investigative research, explain data, and clearly communicate results.

Display proficiency in MS Office suite especially Word and Excel. Capable of learning SAP and LIS software programs.

Candidate must be detail-oriented with strong time management and organizational skills. Must be able to work with minimal supervision.

Perform public speaking.

Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Able to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as required.

In-depth knowledge of quality management system concepts and principles.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Perform all other position-related duties as assigned.

Education and Qualifications

High school diploma or GED equivalent is required. Advanced education is a plus (APICs, Six Sigma, AS/BS degree)

Minimum 1 year experience in a manufacturing/production environment.

PIT certification/experience is strongly preferred.

Technical writing skills desired.

Additional Functional/Technical Skills

Knowledge of process definition, flowcharting, and process management techniques.

Ability to establish and define processes, interrelationships, and key controls and to continuously monitor and improve processes to facilitate the efficient and effective execution of business activities.

Experience with Management System requirements of ISO9001:2015 and ISO22000:2018 is a plus.

Experience implementing quality assurance and management system programs and activities (e.g., HACCP, GFSI, ISO9000 / 22000, continuous improvement methodologies, etc.)

Demonstrated effective communication skills (written, oral, and presentation)

Experience with comprehensive root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies.

Demonstrated examples of using these tools to solve quality/ manufacturing problems/risks.
