Job Title - Foods Program Coordinator - Exclusive BrandsJob Location - Ontario, CA, 91761Job Start Date - 10 May 2021Job End Date - 05 Nov 2021 - Contract to HireJob ResponsibilitiesUnder the direction of the USDA Foods Program Director, the USDA Foods Program Coordinator - Exclusive Brands, works directly with Exclusive Brands Approved National and State Customers:National and State Monthly Performance Report (MPRs) Management for approved processorCompiling and submitting MPRs to USDA with national aggregated valuesCompiling and submitting MPRs to State Agencies with state aggregated valuesManagement of Raw Material BalancesMonitoring customer raw material balancesCollaborating with customers and state agencies to plan diversionsMonitor raw material balances inventory managementTransaction Management (K12 Foodservice (K12) and Processor Link (PL)Ensure external uploads to K12 and PL inventory management systems are accurate and timelyFinancial Management (Rebates, Bill backs, invoice discrepancies, etc.)Processing rebates to customers for the value of USDA FoodsMonitoring distributor bill backs and resolving discrepanciesSEDPS/EPDS - oversee maintenance of the Summary End Product Data Schedule and End Product Data Schedules by coordinating with USDA and manufacturing partnersQualificationsProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
