Associate degree
3-years’ experience in a large to medium size business environment installing and maintaining Windows desktops
Intimately familiar with the Windows desktop OS
Should be familiar with Windows server and how its shares such as files shares and shared printers are setup including security and end user privileges.
Keep all Epic certifications current
