The ideal candidate will have a knack for numerical accuracy, be familiar with payroll software, and have an eye for detail that misses nothing.Responsibilities:
Gathering information on the number of hours worked for each employee.
Calculate pay according to hours worked, considering overtime and deductions.
Preparing employees’ compensation and distribute them directly into their bank accounts.
Deal with complaints and questions regarding payroll.
Provide administrative support during the payroll process.
Requirements
Proven experience as a payroll clerk or payroll manager.
Familiarity with general accounting principles.
Proficient in data collection, entry, and reporting.
Outstanding numerical ability and attention to detail.
Experience working with payroll software and MS Office Suite.
