Schedule service appointments and dispatch technicians to customer locations.
Provide information about our plumbing services, pricing, and availability.
Assist customers with troubleshooting minor plumbing issues over the phone.
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely arrival and completion of service calls.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any concerns.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests.
Collaborate with team members to optimize efficiency and customer service processes.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (some college or vocational training preferred).
Previous customer service experience, preferably in the plumbing or related industry.
Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
Familiarity with basic plumbing terminology and concepts is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with customer service software is beneficial.
