The chosen candidate will play a vital role within the finance group.Role:Accounting Responsibilities:
Perform daily bank reconciliations and journal entries
Prepare financial statements and track subsidiary income
Manage accounts receivable, credit cards, and employee reimbursements
Maintain fixed asset schedules and prepare tax returns
Preparation, distribution, and collection o the firm
Preparation, distribution, and collection of our MD's
Reconciliation of all accounts receivable accounts and collection of outstanding balances
Prepare monthly journal entries for employee expense reimbursements processed through Concur, including reviewing expense account coding.
Maintain and update fixed asset schedules on a quarterly basis, including expense accounts for property tax filings.
Requirements
Keys:
4+ years GL accounting experience; tech industry preferred
CPA and tech proficiency preferred
Professionalism, integrity, and trustworthiness essential
