This dynamic position involves designing, implementing, and evaluating workforce development initiatives while collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure the success of programs that promote economic growth and career advancement.Key Responsibilities:
Initiative Planning & Design: Collaborate on initiative development, establish goals, and allocate resources effectively.
Implementation & Execution: Oversee project implementation, manage resources, and ensure timely and efficient delivery.
Monitoring & Evaluation: Track progress, evaluate effectiveness, and identify areas for improvement.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with community members, organizations, and funders.
Resource Management: Manage budgets, personnel, and equipment to support initiatives.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks that could impact program success.
Communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication among stakeholders, including progress and outcome reporting.
Quality Assurance: Ensure initiatives meet high-quality standards and deliver exceptional service to participants.
Continuous Improvement: Regularly assess and refine initiatives to optimize outcomes.
Project Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, manage timelines, and track overall progress.
Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks, prepare detailed reports, and coordinate efforts across departments.
Dashboard Management: Develop and maintain dashboards to provide real-time insights into project performance.
Negotiating Partnerships: Negotiate partnership agreements and foster lasting relationships with partners.
Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Proven experience in project management, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
Proficiency in software applications and project management tools.

Compensation and Benefits:
Contract Role: $27–$30 per hour during the temporary phase.
Permanent Opportunity: Salary ranging from $61,000 to $67,000 annually upon successful hire.
