Care Delivery Operations Fellowship: The Care Delivery Operations Fellowship will prepare high-performing, early-career health care professionals committed to Kaiser Permanente’s mission for operational and administrative leadership roles in Kaiser Permanente care delivery operations through a one-year rotational program. This fellowship provides professional development and on-the-job learning through two 6-month rotations, one in a clinical setting and one in a national care delivery operations setting. Timeline: Applications (resumes and pre-screening questionnaire) are due by September 3rd. Candidates who progress to the first round of screening will be asked to complete select short-answer questions by September 11 th . Interviews will be conducted between September 13th and October 11th. Selected candidates will be notified on or before October 29th. The Fellowship will begin in July of 2025. Location: Candidates will be expected to reside in the state of California for the duration of the fellowship. The rotations will be conducted in a hybrid capacity with some elements conducted virtually and some in-person. Job Summary: We are seeking two fellows to participate in a structured, preceptor-directed, planned program of development that consists of a learning and working practical experience in a care delivery operation setting. Fellows will rotate in a clinical and a non-clinical care delivery setting with an aim to expose fellows to critical bodies of work and projects that will grow their careers in care delivery operations. Essential Responsibilities:

A fellowship program is a structured, preceptor-directed, planned program of development that consists of a learning and working practical experience in a health care facility beyond the graduate-level academic classroom instruction and/or residency experience and after the conferring of the master's degree.

The fellowship will be one year in duration focused on the care delivery operations space.

The objective of the Fellowship is to prepare students broadly for practice across the care delivery operations, management problems, specific assignments in policy analysis, short- and long-term leadership roles, or accomplishments of specific work projects.

Kaiser Permanente conducts compensation reviews of positions on a routine basis.

At any time, Kaiser Permanente reserves the right to reevaluate and change job descriptions, or to change such positions from salaried to hourly pay status.

Masters degree in a related field required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum one (1) year consulting experience.

Minimum one (1) year leadership experience in a professional setting.

Completed Master's degree MPH, MHA, MBA, MPP, or MSN within no more than five (5) years of the start date of the fellowship.
