Attorney/Lawyer

Description Mid-sized firm with multiple locations is seeking a workers compensation attorney to join their growing team in Los Angeles, CA. This person will be expected to handle workers' compensation cases, appear in court, and manage insurance claims.Responsibilities: Handle workers' compensation defense cases diligently and effectively Provide high-quality, cost-effective legal representation to clients Maintain good standing with the California State Bar Association Collaborate with a diverse team of lawyers, attorneys, and staff Engage in necessary travels as part of the role Utilize excellent communication, research, and analytical skills in executing duties Apply knowledge of workers' comp law in managing cases Address insurance claims related to workers' compensation Maintain a congenial atmosphere while handling high-workload situations Ensure all court appearances are made as and when required.Requirements Demonstrated expertise in Workers Compensation Proficient knowledge of Workers Comp Law Extensive experience in making Court Appearances Ability to handle and manage Insurance Claims effectively Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
