Description Work as an Accounts Payable (A/P) Clerk in a stimulating work environment with a team of highly skilled professionals through this opportunity offered by Robert Half. The candidate's responsibilities in this role include attending to the general needs of the AP/Finance Department, while working closely and reporting to the Accounting Manager. The candidate will primarily focus on matching and batching code, resolving A/P issues, processing expense reports, updating and reconciling sub-ledger to G/L and processing checks are primary areas of focus. Key responsibilities
Complete special projects on an as-needed basis
Sort, register, scan, and store invoices, checks, and other documents
Handle daily department mail by opening, sorting, and distributing it
Manage validating, recording, and mailing checks and expedite special handling
Assist the AP/Finance Department with administrative tasks
Complete full-cycle A/P
Requirements
Spreadsheet and database capabilities
Accounts Payable (AP) experience desired
NetSuite experience
Data entry experience preferred
Proficiency in NetSuite
Attention to detail and demonstrated ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement
Articulate customer service and interpersonal skills, especially when interacting with those in the technical and financial backgrounds
2+ years of experience in an A/P role preferred
