- Vendor/3rdparty/ISP contact database management
- Preventive maintenance
- Daily health check-up on datacentre components including power, temperature, network, racks, servers etc…
- GXP/GMP knowledge
- Troubleshoot basic LAN/WAN/VOICE network related issues
- Cisco L2/L3 switches physical connection and reachability, working with remote support team on fixing the issue
- Cisco Router physical connection and reachability, working with ISP and remote support team on fixing the issue
- Cisco Firewall physical connection and reachability, working with remote support team on fixing the issue
- Coordinate with remote support on Wireless controller issue, camera, voice devices including telephones on fixing the issue
- Desktop Engineer providing end user desk side support
- Expertise in Windows/Mac/iOS administration support
- Expertise in patch management of end user devices
- Expertise in O365 end user support
- Expertise in installation, configuration and provisioning of new devices
- Expertise with Intunes MDM
- Expertise with SCCM for patch management
- Airwatch for device patching and mobile device management
- Expert level escalation point of contact for L1 support team
