We are currently seeking a Principal Digital Electronics Engineer (T03) or Sr. Principal Digital Electronics Engineer (T04) for tactical missile system development and production programs in Northridge, CA. This is an on-site position.This position can be filled at a Principal (T03) or Sr. Principal (T04) level. Basic qualifications for each level are listed below.Basic Qualifications for a Principal (T03):
BS degree in an engineering discipline; preferably in an Electrical/Electronic Engineering field with 5 to 9+ years of experience in Analog, Power and Digital product design and development.
Development and integration of Digital designs and evaluations of engineering design concepts
Design of Digital design with large scale FPGA and high-speed interfaces.
Develops, coordinates and conducts power analysis, electrical system schematic, and grounding scheme.
Develops power distribution design
Develops, coordinate and integrate power system component
Define, analyze, and review systems requirements and develop strategies for integration of new hardware into existing system architecture
Developing electrical loads analysis and design of electrical power distribution systems
Defining and/or modifying existing electrical interfaces between subsystems
Perform systems integration and test of new electronics
Collaborate with systems engineers, software engineers, and hardware engineers in planning design and development of systems to ensure software and hardware performance and compatibility
Write test plans and test cases
Conduct system-level testing
Conduct verification and validation (V&V) testing
BS degree in an engineering discipline; preferably in an Electrical/Electronic Engineering field with 5 to 9+ years of experience in Analog, Power and Digital product design and development.
Must have a Secret Clearance adjudicated within the last 5 years
Basic Qualifications for a Sr. Principal (T04):
BS degree in an engineering discipline; preferably in an Electrical/Electronic Engineering field with 9+ years of experience in Analog, Power and Digital product design and development.

Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
