Completion will be based on 100% validation of competencies during your clinical hours. Our target candidates are baccalaureate-prepared nurses who have graduated within one year prior to the start of the program and who have not previously worked as a registered nurse or interim permittee.Application period is open April 1st, 2024 12:00 AM through April 14th, 2024 at 11:59 PM ( ONLY ) . Graduate of Accredited RN school of Nursing required.
Completion of an approved Basic Arrhythmia course prior to the start of the transition program (unless otherwise agreed upon by Unit Director and Education department to complete during the program) or
Minimum 2 years of RN experience in an acute care setting required.
Registered Nurse with current CA License and current American Heart Association Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider card required.
Successful completion of a formal Dignity Health interview process; the overall scoring of the interview consensus will be taken into consideration in determining the selection of candidate(s).
Current AHA BLS card required.
LA City Fire Care required within 90 days of hire.
Current employees: Must be in good standing with no disciplinary actions within the past twelve(12) months and with at least a Meets standards on the last 2 perfomance evaluations. This position is represented by SEIU L121RN and is covered by the terms and conditions of the applicable collective bargaining agreement
