We hope you will join us as we continue to learn, evolve, and shape what comes next on our mission to make better food accessible to everyone.THE OPPORTUNITYThe Senior Director, HRBP will partner with business leaders within our restaurant support centers to deliver on Chipotle people initiatives that support Chipotle's strategic priorities. Providing thought leadership, coaching and recommendations, the Senior Director, HRBP will help functional leaders cultivate employee engagement and development. This role will use their understanding of HR principles and employment laws, to support all elements of the talent lifecycle, and identify practical solutions for our business challenges.WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lead the HRBP team to drive key HR initiatives (succession planning, talent calibrations, performance management, compensation cycles, and development programs) across all RSC functions and provide feedback to the centers of excellence to ensure effective implementation and continuous improvement of programs.

Support people leaders on all elements of the talent life cycle, including onboarding, engagement, development, performance, and talent management.

Interpret and apply understanding of Chipotle policies and practices, employment law and other regulations to provide guidance and/or clarification for employee relations inquiries.

Guide workforce planning and organizational design to align with business strategy.

Support leaders to build development plans and bench strength throughout their teams.

Conduct timely employee relations investigations and make recommendations on the appropriate course of action in partnership with key stakeholders.

Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (i.e., Talent Development, Compensation, Talent Acquisition etc.) to ensure that we develop new solutions and evolve existing programs to support our teams' development, aligned with business strategy and growth plans.

Analyze people data and provide actionable insights to leaders.

Work with leaders to support implementing change across the business.

Champion a respectful and inclusive culture.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE

Bachelor's degree in a related field

15+ years of experience in Human Resources

Professional Human Resources (PHR) and/or SHRM-CP certifications preferred.

General knowledge of federal and state employment laws, strong communication, problem solving, influencing and conflict resolution skills

Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Experience using Workday

Travel, 20%
