Description Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team! This role is primarily focused on general bookkeeping duties within the telecom industry, with a particular emphasis on Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), payroll, invoicing, collections, and credit card reconciliations.Responsibilities: Handle general bookkeeping tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all transactions. Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, including invoice processing and collections. Oversee payroll operations, ensuring employees are paid correctly and on time. Issue invoices to customers and follow up on payment as necessary. Conduct credit card reconciliations on a regular basis, identifying and resolving any discrepancies. Utilize QuickBooks Online to maintain financial records and reports. Implement and maintain the 'Harvest' payroll/billable software for efficient operations. Assist in budgeting processes, providing accurate financial data for informed decision making. Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis and presentation.Requirements Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) management Demonstrable experience in Bookkeeping Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Experience in Payroll management Proficiency in using QuickBooks Online Expertise in Credit Card Reconciliation Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or similar field preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to handle confidential information Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports High degree of accuracy and attention to detail Demonstrable ability to solve complex problems.If you are interested in the position, submit your most updated resume for review.
