the Industrial and Logistics Operations Group, Industrial Execution
Department, Workload Scope Determination Division of FLEET READINESS

You will disassemble, inspect, repair, replace, adjust, overhaul
and install Aircraft Launch and Recovery Equipment (ALRE).
You will assist with jobs normally assigned to other trades in
ALRE program, such as pipefitting, rigging, sheet metal and
electrician.
You will work from sketches, work documents, diagrams,
specifications, service change bulletins, NAVAIR publications,
written and oral instructions, engineering instructions and
blueprints.
You will use drafting instruments and other measuring devices to
lay out templates for a variety of parts.
Travel RequiredOccasional travel - May be required to travel periodically at last
minute notice and in any geographical location throughout the world
including combat zones. Traveling by all modes of transportation is

bench assembly tasks and preservation and packaging of components
for shipment; use knowledge of hydraulics, electronics and
hydrostatic, steam and oil pressure used in the manufacture,
assembly and test of ALRE systems; Performs work under supervision
and guidance mostly in the form of review of completed work or
observation of the results of work for adequacy. Works with a high
