This is a unique opportunity for an individual with a strong background in M& A, real property/real estate, contracts, and transactional law to thrive in a client-focused, professional, and supportive environment.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage mergers and acquisitions (M& A) transactions, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
Draft, review, and negotiate real property/real estate contracts and other related documents.
Provide legal counsel on transactional matters to safeguard business objectives.
Assist in creating and maintaining agreements across diverse industries, including sales, procurement, and partnership contracts.
Conduct risk assessments for real estate transactions and corporate restructurings.
Work effectively with internal stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Education/License: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.
Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of relevant legal experience in M& A, real property/real estate law, transactional work, and contract negotiation.
Excellent written and verbal communication, with attention to detail and a strategic problem-solving mindset.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while managing multiple priorities.
Familiarity with California real estate transactions, including zoning, leasing, and title examinations, is highly desirable.
Work Environment:
Location: High preference for candidates who can work on-site in Napa 2-3 days per week to collaborate with the team and enjoy the breathtaking views of wine country.
Remote Flexibility: Fully remote candidates with exceptional qualifications will be considered.
