Job Description:We are seeking an entry-level Lab Technician to join our team, supporting the development and maintenance of efficient and accurate lab practices. The ideal candidate will perform various analytical tasks and support critical lab functions related to enology and food science.Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with the team to establish and maintain consistent and accurate lab practices.

Perform all required analyses and standardizations in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLPs).

Sample barrel lots for tastings, analyses, and bench-top trials.

Complete analyses on grapes and wine samples as requested by the team.

Monitor and maintain lab supply inventory, placing orders as necessary to ensure consistent lab operations.

Skills:

Strong laboratory skills and understanding of enology or food science principles.

Ability to perform standard laboratory analyses and use lab equipment proficiently.

Education & Qualifications:

B.S. degree in Enology, Food Science, Biology, or a related field.

Willingness to work extended hours and weekends as needed, especially during peak seasons.
