Dishwasher

Wash dishes, flatware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils by hand when necessaryOperate the industrial dishwasher in a proper and safe mannerMaintain cleanliness and sanitation standards; keep the dishwashing area clean and organized, including cleaning sinks, drains, and countersEmpty trash and maintain cleanliness of waste disposal areas as neededPrepare and package individual place settingsAssist kitchen staff with basic tasks, such as retrieving items or light prep work, as neededClean up spills and broken glassSweep and mop kitchen floors during shift (as needed) and at the end of shiftHelp with food receiving and delivery, assist in putting food & goods away in proper designated areasEnsure all cleaned items are properly stored in designated areasMonitor and refill dishwashing chemicals and cleaning supplies
