Director of Residences (TASK FORCE)

As the Director of Residences Services, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and overall well-being of our residential facilities during this interim task force assignment. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of residence management, a commitment to fostering a vibrant community, and the ability to lead a team to deliver outstanding service to residents.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategies to enhance the overall resident experience and satisfaction.Collaborate with other departments to organize and implement programs and activities that foster community engagement.Manage the residence assignment process, including room allocations, move-in/move-out procedures, and conflict resolution.Develop and implement residence policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.Salary Range: $155K -$170K
